Self-Management, Self-Awareness and Implementation


This class builds on Session 1 of the Coaching as an Approach to Supervision Series, focusing on personal assessment and ending in planning next steps for participants when they return to work.

This is the second session of Coaching as an Approach to Supervision facilitated by Melanie A. DeSantis, MPA, that introduces participants to coaching and how to use coaching techniques to develop competence and motivation in employees. The two-part series is designed for individuals who are new to managing other staff members and those who want to refresh their supervision techniques with fresh knowledge and skills.
