Cindy brings over 30 years of experience in executive management, including work with Family Service of Lancaster County and the Welsh Mountain Medical and Dental Center. Her vast experience in leadership as a volunteer include work with health organizations such as the, Family Planning Councils of America; housing organizations, such as the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authority and family service organizations, such as the Pennsylvania Council of Family Agencies. As a member of the American Society of Association Executives, she earned her certification as a Certified Association Executive.
