Full-time TLC Case Manager

TLC, a program of Tabor Community Services, helps individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness to achieve their housing stability and self-sufficiency goals. Working to end homelessness is essential for an inclusive, growing and vibrant community.

The TLC Case Manager will be assisting families and individuals, including but not limited to Veterans and returning citizens, with goal setting that will lead to permanent housing and self-sufficiency, the ability to work with an ever changing diverse population and knowledge of community resources.

- Minimum Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in social work or in related field.
- Preferred. Minimum of 2 years of social work or related degree with 2 years experience and/or extensive history/background in a Human Service field.
- Fluency in the English language is required. Spanish speaking ability is an added asset, but is not required.
- The ability to interact effectively with participants and service providers under conditions that may be stressful.
