Financial Administrator

The Finance Administrator will carry out basic bookkeeping and HR-related tasks. The responsibilities include all aspects of bookkeeping, payroll, staff and participant contract requirements. This person is part of the 6 member Administrative Team.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Finance Administrator will do the following: manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, will administer, coordinate and control fees and revenue from grants and scholarships, will bill for all programs based on county requirements, will bill for all organizational activities, will prepare monthly updated forecasts to funders, Board of Directors and Executive Director, will complete required annual audits, will prepare and process payroll through ADP and will work on creating yearly budget for organization.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of successful hands on bookkeeping experience

Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills

Candidate should be self directed with ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities

Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment

Candidate should have strong computer skills: proficient in Quickbooks, Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience preferred in: Salesforce, HCSIS and PROMISe

Salary: $26,000.00 to $29,000.00 /year
