LCWDB Chief Operating Officer

The Lancaster County Workforce Development Board, LCWDB, is searching for a high-functioning, self-motivated, detail oriented individual to serve as their Chief Operating Officer. This full-time position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization, works well independently, and is confident in their decisions. We are looking for someone with human resource skills, government funded program experience, grant writing and compliance skills. Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Candidate will be required to successfully pass a criminal background clearance.

Required Education and Experience
-BS Degree or higher
-A minimum of 3 years experience in management
-Experience with federally funded programs

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment.
