Full-time Veterans' Victory House Case Manager

The Veterans' Victory House Case Manager provides housing and budget counseling and supportive service referrals to TLC participants, including but not limited to Veterans, who are currently experiencing homelessness and move them to permanent housing. One should expect to work in a fast-paced residential shelter environment with the ability to be able to multi-task, flexible and stay organized. Minimum of a BSW or in related field with 2 years experience and/or extensive history/background in a Human Service field. Fluency in English is required. Spanish speaking ability is an added asset but is not required.

TLC created the Veterans' Victory House (VVH) program within TLC. The goal of the Veterans' Victory House is to provide veterans experiencing homelessness with an opportunity to work with a case manager to develop an individualized housing plan that will support them in achieving their permanent housing and self-sufficiency goals. Supportive services and counseling in budgeting, job referral, and training are cornerstones of the Veterans' housing plan process.
