Downtown Lebanon Business Improvement District Executive Director


The Downtown Lebanon Business Improvement District (BID) is seeking a full-time executive director. The position has primary responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of the Downtown Lebanon BID Plan. The goal of the plan is to stabilize and improve the downtown environment and experience for workers, visitors and residents.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- partnering with community agencies to promote the BID
developing and implementing programs to attract new businesses

- facilitating improvement grants

- developing programs for marketing commercial properties
acting as a consultant to businesses

- maintaining an inventory of all available properties

- fostering a strong relationship with BID members

- preparing press releases and feature articles

- managing daily financial matters

- posting social media and website updates.
