Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Samaritan Business Consulting, a division of Samaritan Counseling Center, is a leading business consulting firm in South Central PA. We develop people and strengthen organizations through a variety of consulting, staffing, training, coaching, and other services.

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to lead our administrative and marketing efforts. The incumbent will develop and implement marketing strategies to help engage current and potential clients. The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator will attend networking meetings, facilitate our newsletter, coordinate our EAP program administration, schedule training events, answer/route incoming phone calls, and perform a wide variety of other administrative services. The incumbent collaborates with the firm's consultants in a team environment to meet our goals. The incumbent also provides some marketing and administrative support to Samaritan's counseling and clergy & congregational care programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong administrative, people networking, and marketing skills. Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office and other databases are required.
