Assistant Program Coordinator

This position is for the Assistant Program Coordinator for the Teacher in the Workforce grant, "Leadership Academy Honors Track". This College and Career Awareness program for regional educators consists of four full-day programs to run in June 2019.

Duties of this administrative role include: organizing, planning, communication, promotion, logistic and meeting coordination, budget tracking, survey administration and analysis/compilation (pre and post-event), event materials coordination (including event program, promotional materials'), food arrangements, travel arrangements, processing stipends and vendor invoices, program development meetings, other tasks as requested.
