Administrator - Place of Worship

While this position is for a Jewish congregation, applicants do not need to be Jewish. This Administrator is the professional employee who manages building operations on a day-by-day basis and works closely with the President, Board of Trustees, Rabbi, religious education administrators, and support staff. This Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the administrative and physical resources necessary for congregational life. The Administrator serves as a central communicator of information and works in partnership with lay leadership and professional staff in congregational events.

The Administrator must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be extremely organized, reevaluating priorities regularly. Skills in interpersonal communication, membership management, facility operations, and fiscal management are critical.
