Human Trafficking Case Manager

The YWCA Greater Harrisburg's mobile response team is expanding its services! As a result of this growth, the Violence Intervention and Prevention program is hiring a full-time Human Trafficking Case Manager (HTCM). The HTCM will provide first-response crisis and safety counseling to survivors of human trafficking as a part of PAATH15. PAATH15 is a 12-county project focusing on enhancing services, inter-agency collaboration, training, and awareness of trafficking along Route 15 in Pennsylvania. In addition to serving as the lead agency on this project, the YWCA Greater Harrisburg has been called upon to speak nationally about its Human Trafficking service delivery model.


Screening potential clients to determine program eligibility
Providing trauma-informed and comprehensive case management services essential to mitigating the impact and helping trafficking survivors achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
Providing outreach and technical assistance to community agencies to aid in identifying and assisting survivors of human trafficking.


Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant work experience required.
Experience working with victims of crime required. Human trafficking experience preferred.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work non-traditional hours
Ability to multi-task and function with minimal supervision
Must have knowledge of human trafficking victimization and local resources
