Experienced Fundraiser Series

On May 1, 2008, the NRN launched the first session of its Experienced Fundraisers Series. This session focused on Current Fundraising Trends in South Central PA. Typical of most NRN classes, participants stated that one of the most valuable parts of the training was the ability to interact with other professionals and learn from what others are doing.

Other comments from this group included the value of hearing the trends specific to the South Central Pennsylvania region. One individual said that the class provided "critical information with practical tips and tools that will benefit our fundraising effort."

The next session in this series for fundraisers who have been in the field for at least five years, Establishing Yourself as a Leader in Philanthropy, will be held on May 29, 2008.
