Using the Logic Model, this interactive training will walk through every program in your agency, creating or fine-tuning the outcomes that you use to determine success. Group discussion will introduce participants to the "THEORY OF CHANGE" and assist in applying the concepts to each and every program. If desired, the training can conclude with an ideas for improving program success, tying outcomes to strategic planning efforts and reporting program results to your funders.
