The Nonprofit Resource Network (NRN) values evaluation, from program evaluation to organizational assessments. Based on the evaluation needs of your organization, the selected service may vary, but all will include time to assess how your organization works and provide recommendations and assistance specific to your needs.

PROGRAM EVALUATION: OUTCOMES TRAINING

Knowing that you make a difference in the lives of the people you serve is critical to ensuring high-quality programming and also reporting to your funders. Using the Logic Model, this interactive training will walk through every program in your agency, creating or fine-tuning the outcomes that you use to determine success. Group discussion will introduce participants to the "THEORY OF CHANGE" and assist in applying the concepts to each and every program. If desired, the training can conclude with an ideas for improving program success, tying outcomes to strategic planning efforts and reporting program results to your funders. Topics to be covered may include:

  • Logic Model components
  • "Theory of Change"
  • How to evaluate your current outcomes
  • Using the Logic Model to improve program success
  • Report outcomes to stakeholders in meaningful ways
