Training

What do you look for when looking for opportunities to build your skill set? Do you want training with immediate application? Do you want to interact with colleagues who do what you do every day? All classes offer the opportunity to meet and interact with your peers. Most NRN training includes in-class time for you to apply the concepts and skill sets introduced in the session. Our Program Excellence Task Force works to ensure that all classes meet the NRN's Standards of Excellence for Training.

Courses are written for professional staff working in not-for-profit organizations.  However, we always welcome volunteer participation. Please note that some offerings are limited to employees-only to encourage peer-to-peer learning and networking.

Registration Fees

Some of our classes are based on agency budget and class length (please see our sliding fee scale for details). Some of our classes are based on the fees charged by the organizations with whom we partner. We often offer a discount to individuals who register for an entire set of classes. Registration forms for each class series delinate the cost of each module and the entire course.
